BP 11

I haven’t made any changes to my website.

When a person is stressed, their stress hormones, or cortisol, increase. When these hormones increase, chemical changes happen in the body which can lower the immune system, and cause underlying health problems to arise. When someone is stressed it can also cause weight gain or loss, hair loss, and lack of sleep. All of these things contribute to issues with physical health. When someone is stressed, they are more likely to be more aggressive, depressive, and irritable. These factors contribute to mental health. When someone is experiencing these emotions, their relationships and overall sense of personal worth can be affected.
